By registering, logging in, or using any part of the ikiss platform — whether through the website, mobile app, or any other access method — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring your account password is kept secure and not shared with anyone.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Notify ikiss immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Ikiss will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account — whether by you or by another party as a result of your negligence — is entirely your responsibility.

Ikiss reserves the right to temporarily freeze an account for security verification purposes if our systems detect suspicious or unusual activity, including logins from new locations, device changes, or irregular betting patterns.

Ikiss supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank, digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay, as well as DuitNow. All transactions are processed through secure channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Policy:

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential, or compensatory losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

However, in circumstances where ikiss liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our liability is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Ikiss reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account at any time for the following reasons:
